Hi, I’m Shelly!

I am a once chronic dieter turned food freedom champion. I help busy individuals find their healthy weight and lifestyle through nutritional therapy and coaching. 

As a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Registered Nurse, I am passionate about helping my clients find balance in their lives and create healthy habits that will set them up for ultimate success. Together we will work towards your health and weight loss goals through a holistic approach designed specifically for you.

Although many of my clients have weight loss as a goal, it doesn’t need to be your primary focus. Wellness is more than just a number on the scale; it's how you treat your body and what you tell yourself. I believe that your mindset matters more than any healthy recipe, which is why my clients approach wellness from all angles. We will work together to get you back in tune with your body and give you the tools you need to heal yourself once and for all. 

You see, I once struggled with finding balance. A complicated relationship with food and some health issues inspired me to embark on my wellness journey. Focusing on whole foods, functional medicine and fitness changed my life. I knew I wanted to help others do the same.

I will work closely with you to identify your goals and overcome your obstacles. We will focus on finding nutrient-dense foods you love to make every step of your journey enjoyable. Together we will work on an individualized nutritional plan that will work within your lifestyle. 

When I’m not helping my clients achieve their wellness goals, you might find me spending time with my family at our cabin in Northern Wisconsin. I live in Wisconsin with my husband and our adorable dog, Angus. I am the proud mother of Ethan. I’m also a dedicated yoga practitioner who enjoys weightlifting, cycling, a good book, and an afternoon nap!
